blueberry protein ice pops

It can be hard to cool out after a sweaty workout in this summer heat. Get ready to chill out with these blueberry post-workout ice pops. Don’t have ice pop molds? Swap half a cup of the yogurt for water and toss these ingredients in a blender for a blueberry post-workout protein shake for one.

  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 cup non-dairy yogurt
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Vega® Clean Protein
  • 3/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • Optional: 1 Tbsp lemon zest

  1. In a blender, combine the lemon juice, yogurt and protein powder. Blend until smooth.

  2. Fold in blueberries.

  3. Pour into pop mold.

  4. Freeze for a minimum of 4 hours (overnight is ideal).
