  • We offer affordable flat rate shipping for $6.95 on all orders over $75. Flat rate shipping typically takes 5-7 business days to arrive, depending on your shipping location.  We offer free shipping on all orders over $75, and all subscribe & save orders. Shipping rates are calculated in Canadian dollars on www.myvega.ca and in US dollars on www.myvega.com. For US Standard orders, the carrier is subject to change and will depend on your location. Express orders are shipped via UPS Air within the US. 
  • Orders are typically processed in 1-2 days, Monday to Friday, except on public holidays. During holidays and promotions, we may experience a higher-than-normal volume, and processing times may vary. Flat rate shipping typically takes 5-7 business days to arrive, depending on your shipping location and country. 
  • Active subscribe & save customers can make changes to your subscription shipping address. To edit the address on your next subscription order, please login to your account and click "manage subscriptions". From your subscription portal, you will be able to make edits to the shipping address of your subscription items. 
  • Yes, we deliver to PO Box addresses, however we are unable to ship to Puerto Rico & APO addresses currently. 
  • Getting started is easy. Choose your favorite Vega product, select Subscribe & Save on the product page, choose your delivery frequency, and place your order. From there, your favorites will be delivered on your schedule so you can stay stocked and ready.  
  • Active subscribe & save customers can make changes to your subscription shipping address. To edit the address on your next subscription order, please login to your account and click "manage subscriptions". From your subscription portal, you will be able to make edits to the shipping address of your subscription items. 
  • Yes, subscription customers can cancel their subscriptions, skip an order, swap to new products, or pause anytime through your subscription portal. You can also add one-time purchase items to your subscription renewals when you want to stock up.  
  • With Subscribe & Save, you're getting the best value from your Vega products. Subscribers get up to 15% off every order. We also offer free shipping on every subscription order. Subscribers also get access to exclusive deals available through the program.  
  • Yes. You can customize your delivery schedule based on what works best for you. Our subscription program is designed to give you control over when your Vega shipments arrive.  
  • Yes. Subscribers can skip, edit, or delay shipments at any time. You can also modify your products and delivery frequency whenever you need to make a change.  
  • Most Vega products are available for subscription, but some items are excluded. Certain products, such as small sizes, single-serve packets, and shaker bottles, are not available for subscription.  
  • You can manage your subscription by logging into your account. From there, you can update your delivery preferences and make changes to details like your address or payment method.  
  • Yes. Vega products are plant-based and formulated to support both athletic performance and everyday nutrition. Our plant-based protein powders and supplements are designed to help you perform, recover, and nourish.  
  • The protein source depends on the product. Protein + Recovery uses a plant protein blend that includes pea protein, pumpkin seed protein, and organic sunflower seed protein. Protein + Supergreens now uses a single source pea protein. Each Vega product has an ingredient list on the product page “Ingredients” accordion. 
  • Vega products are organized around different needs, primarily athletic performance and everyday nutrition. We use a range of targeted blends created to help you build lean muscle, recover faster, or keep things simple with a pure plant protein boost, depending on your goals.  
  • Protein + Recovery is our recovery-focused protein powder. It delivers 30g of plant-based protein plus 5g BCAAs, tart cherry, and probiotics to help you recover, rebuild, and reset after training. Our Recovery collection is also specifically positioned around replenishing nutrients, repairing muscle tissue, and helping you recover faster.  
  • For daily nutrition support, All-in-One Nutrition and Protein + Supergreens are two strong options, depending on what you want from your shake. All-in-One Nutrition adds 20g of organic plant protein along with probiotics, fiber, greens, antioxidants, and omega-3 ALA, while Protein + Supergeens offers 25g of plant protein plus real greens like kale, spinach, alfalfa to support your daily fiber, iron and vitamin k intake.  
  • Each formula is built for a different purpose. Protein + Recovery is designed to support recovery after workouts with 30g protein, 5g BCAAs, tart cherry, and probiotics. Protein + Creatine is made to support lean muscle and strength with 30g protein, 3g creatine monohydrate, and 5g BCAAs. Protein + Supergreens combines 25g protein with greens and 4g fiber. Protein + Nutrition is a daily protein plus vitamins and minerals formula. All-in-One Nutrition offers broader daily nourishment with organic plant protein, probiotics, fiber, greens, and additional nutritional benefits.  
  • Protein per serving varies by product. Protein + Recovery has 30g per serving, Protein + Creatine has 30g, Protein + Supergreens has 25g, Essential Protein has 25g for two scoops, Protein + Nutrition has 20g, All-in-One Nutrition has 20g, and Protein Made Simple has 15g. You can use the “Protein Per Serving (G) filter on our collection pages to choose the product that meets your needs. 
  • Protein + Creatine is formulated for customers focused on lean body mass, strength, and faster recovery. Our Protein Powders collection also frames the line around targeted blends for building lean muscle, recovering faster, or keeping it simple with pure plant protein.
  • Protein Made Simple is our cleanest option. It is made with only 4 to 8 natural ingredients, depending on flavor, and is formulated without gums, stevia, or unpronounceables. It is designed for customers who want a simple, straightforward plant-based protein for smoothies and recipes.  
  • Protein + Supergreens and All-in-One Nutrition both include greens, but they serve different needs. Protein + Supergreens is built around protein plus greens for a simple daily shake, while All-in-One Nutrition is a more comprehensive all-in-one formula with protein, probiotics, fiber, greens, and added vitamins and minerals.  
  • Protein + Supergreens is the updated version of Protein & Greens. According to the PDP FAQ, the new formula provides 20% more plant-based protein and an extra 3g of fiber, while simplifying the protein blend from pea, brown rice, and sacha inchi to a single-source pea protein.
  • Choose Essential Protein if you want a versatile daily protein boost with fiber and a richer, creamier smoothie experience. Choose Protein Made Simple if you want a shorter ingredient list and a formula without gums or stevia. Current PDPs position Essential Protein as a clean protein boost and Protein Made Simple as a simple, natural protein option.
