Good music and LSD (long, slow, distance) runs help runners find their happy pace. We just can’t get through training for 10K, half or full marathons without either. We asked four Vega Bloggers to share the songs that help them sustain their long slow runs in this 2 ½ hour LSD mix.

Note: Rocking this loud in your office to get pumped up before your afternoon run? Know that you might hear a couple of swear words in this playlist. These songs were chosen by our Mix-ologists as what gets them ready to rock their runs—expletives and all. These songs do not reflect the views or values of Vega.
