Q: “What would happen if I mixed my Vega One/Vega Essentials/Vega Clean Protein/Vega Sport Performance Protein/Vega Protein& Greens with yogurt or milk?”
A: Ring the alarm, sound the bell, we have a real life catastrophe on our hands!!
I’m totally kidding. However, this can be a concern for someone new to Vega or new to plant-based foods when they’re reading the directions on our tubs. In our directions we recommend “Mix one level scoop of Vega One™ in 1.5 cups (12 fl oz.) of ice-cold water or non-dairy beverage, or blend Vega One into your favorite smoothie recipe.” Being a plant-based company, we recommend non-dairy beverages such as almond, hemp, coconut, or rice milk (to name a few) with all of our products, but by no means is this the end all, be all. Let your freedom flag fly. If you like dairy, go for it! I even sometimes mix Vega One with chilled tea to spice things up a bit.
