PB&J Fruit Dip

In search of a new afterschool snack or mid-workday pick-me-up? This PB&J Dip has both protein as well as veggies and greens from Vega® Protein & Greens and is delicious as a dip for apples and bananas.


  • 1 cup plain non-dairy yogurt
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • 1 serving Natural Vega® Protein & Greens
  • ½ cup strawberry jam
  • Fruit for dipping


  1. Mix yogurt, peanut butter and protein and greens until well combined.

  2. Fold in jam. Don’t overmix, you want a swirl of jam in the peanut butter mix.

  3. Serve cold with fruit.
