Homemade Hot Chocolate

Warm up on a winter’s night with a steaming mug of Mexican Hot Chocolate or Salted Dark Hot Chocolate.


  • Hot Chocolate Base
  • 1 cup Silk Almondmilk or Silk Coconutmilk, unsweetened
  • 1 serving Chocolate Vega® Essentials
  • Mexican Hot Chocolate Variation
  • ⅛ tsp nutmeg
  • ⅛ tsp cayenne
  • ⅛ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ Tbsp cocoa powder
  • Salted Dark Chocolate Variation
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ½ oz. dark chocolate, melted


  1. In a small saucepan, warm non-dairy milk until hot.

  2. In a blender, blend warm milk, Vega Essentials and ingredients for either Mexican Hot Chocolate or Salted Dark Chocolate.

  3. Pour into mug and enjoy!
