An apple pie smoothie with hints of caramel? Yes please. This balanced apple smoothie is a great way to add a bit of nostalgia to your day while also getting over 20 grams of plant-based protein. 

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp oats
  • 2 Tbsp almond butter
  • 1 apple, chopped
  • ¼ tsp of nutmeg
  • 1½ tsp of cinnamon
  • ½ cup ice
  • 1 cup almondmilk or coconutmilk
  • 1 serving Vanilla Vega® Protein & Greens

Preparation

  • Blend ingredients in blender and enjoy!
