Raspberry Mint Smoothie

Yes, a delicious raspberry mint smoothie.  But also basil. It may seem odd, but paired with dairy free protein powder and raspberries this combination is one of our favorites.

Ingredients

  • 1 serving French Vanilla Vega One™ Nutritional Shake
  • 1 cups water
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberry
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 6-8 mint leaves
  • 4-6 basil leaves

Preparation

  • Blend all the ingredients and enjoy!
