Ingredients

  • 3-4 Medjool dates
  • 1 Tbsp almond butter
  • ยผ cup shredded coconut

Preparation

  • Slice 3 to 4 Medjool dates in half.

  • Spread almond butter on each half (about 1 tablespoon total).

  • Roll in unsweetened shredded coconut.
