These energy bites are a go-to source of energy for the active adventure seekers
- ¾ cup raw almonds
- ¾ cup dates
- ¼ cup dried apricots
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- ½ tsp shelled hemp seeds
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- 4 heaping Tbsp coconut butter
- ⅓ cup Vanilla Vega Sport® Performance Protein
Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend until a sticky texture.
Roll into balls and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
