We’ve added just the right amount of ginger to add a little zip to this tangy mid-winter smoothie. It might not melt the snow outside, but it’ll certainly help you conquer it, Vega-style. Get your winter day started with this cranberry ginger smoothie.
- ½ cup cranberries, fresh or frozen
- ½ inch chunk of peeled ginger
- 1 serving Plain Unsweetened or Vanilla Creme Vega One® Organic All-in-One Shake
- 1 cup water
- Optional: agave nectar, or sweetener of preference to taste
Add all ingredients to blender.
Blend until smooth.
