Cranberry Ginger Smoothie

We’ve added just the right amount of ginger to add a little zip to this tangy mid-winter smoothie. It might not melt the snow outside, but it’ll certainly help you conquer it, Vega-style. Get your winter day started with this cranberry ginger smoothie.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup cranberries, fresh or frozen
  • ½ inch chunk of peeled ginger
  • 1 serving Plain Unsweetened or Vanilla Creme Vega One® Organic All-in-One Shake
  • 1 cup water
  • Optional: agave nectar, or sweetener of preference to taste

Preparation

  • Add all ingredients to blender.

  • Blend until smooth.

  • Enjoy!
