- 1 cup coconut water (or plain ol' water)
- 1/2 an avocado
- 1 cup packed spinach
- 2 Tbsp shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup of ice
- 1 serving Vanilla Vega® Essentials
- or French Vanilla Vega One® Organic
- or Vanilla Vega® Protein & Greens
