Start your day with cherry cheesecake—graham cracker topping and all!
Ingredients
- 1 cup ice
- 1½ cups coconut milk
- 1 Tbsp cashew butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 serving French Vanilla Vega One® Organic All-in-One Shake
- ½ lemon, zest and juice
- ½ cup frozen cherries
- 1 Tbsp vegan graham cracker crumbs
Preparation

Blend ice, coconut milk, cashew butter, vanilla extract, Vega One® All-in-One Shake, lemon juice and zest until smooth.

Add in cherries and pulse until cherries are chopped up but not smooth.

Top with graham cracker crumbs.
