Ingredients
- ½ cup blueberries
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice (the juice of one lemon)
- 1 serving of French Vanilla or Vanilla Creme Vega One® Organic All-in-One Shake
- ½ cup water (omit if using frozen blueberries)
- ½ cup spinach (optional)
