- 1 bunch kale, taken off stems and torn into bite size pieces
- Olive oil, as needed
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp chili powder
- Pinch garlic powder
- Pinch ground mustard powder
- Pinch of salt
Preparation
-
Preheat oven to 320F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
-
Toss kale in enough olive oil to coat.
-
Combine spices together and massage into kale.
-
Lay kale in a single layer on cookie sheet.
-
Bake 20 to 30 minutes. Turn chips after 15 minutes and check every 5 minutes after. Chips can burn very quickly.
