- 1 cup chilled green tea
- 1 green apple, de-cored and cut into large wedges
- 1 Tbsp dry oats
- 2 pitted dates
- 1 serving Vanilla Vega® Essentials
- • ½ cup ice
Add all ingredients to the blender in the above order.
Blend until smooth.
