- 1 scoop Vanilla Vega® Essentials
- or 1 scoop French Vanilla Vega One™ Nutritional Shake
- or 1 scoop Vanilla Vega® Protein & Greens
- 1 cup unsweetened So Delicious® Coconut Milk Beverage
- 1/2 cup plain non-dairy yogurt
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1/2 tsp cardamom (no cardamom, no problem. Try cinnamon, allspice or leave it out entirely)
- Optional: scoop of ice
