Don’t let your friends beet you to making this Cranberry Ginger Beet smoothie. Yes, that is ½ raw beet in the ingredient list. Its vibrant red color will even give you a lovely lip stain.


  • ½ cup frozen cranberries
  • 1 inch ginger
  • ½ of a beet
  • 1 serving Natural Vega One™ Nutritional Shake
  • 1½- 2 cups almond milk
  • Sweetener, if desired


  1. Blend in a high speed blender until smooth.
