Yerba Maté Tea Smoothie

Have you ever added tea to your morning smoothie? Try adding yerba maté smoothie today to tackle your morning to-do list. Either brew yerba maté at home or grab a pre-made unsweetened bottle from your grocery store.


  • 1 1/2 cups Silk® Unsweetened Almondmilk
  • 1 cup unsweetened yerba maté tea (chilled)
  • 1 serving of French Vanilla Vega One™ Nutritional Shake
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 Tbsp cashew butter
  • 2 ice cubes
  • (optional) 1 tsp Vega® Maca


  • Brew your cup of yerba maté tea and let it chill.

  • Add all ingredients in order of listing to a blender and blend until smooth.

  • Pour, drink and enjoy!
