Whether you’re making a quick jam or ready to can to preserve the harvest, this fig jam is perfect all fall long. Try this vanilla fig jam on top of homemade vegan yogurt or on a fig & cheese canape.
Ingredients
- 5 cups figs, stems removed, half peeled, chopped
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup water
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- 1 vanilla pod, cut in half
- 1 lemon, zest and juiced
- 1 pinch salt
