Tart Cherry Gummies

Looking for another way to get jazzed about workout? Make a batch of good-for-you gummy candies! If you’re worried about having too much liquid sloshing around in your stomach pre-workout, these gummies are an alternative to mixing Vega Sport® Premium Energizer in water.
Ingredients
- 1½ cups water
- ½ cup tart cherry juice
- 3 Tbsp agar agar flakes
- 2 servings of Vega Sport® Premium Energizer
Preparation

Bring the water and tart cherry juice to a simmer.

Add in agar agar flakes and Sugar-Free Energizer stir to completely dissolve.

Simmer while continuously stirring for 2 minutes.

Pour into a shallow baking dish so that the mixture is no more than 2 inches thick or pour into an ice cube tray.

Refrigerate for 30 minutes and keep refrigerated until ready to eat.

Run a toothpick or knife around the edges of tray to loosen the gummies. If poured into a dish, cut in to bite-sized cubes.

Keep refrigerated, until 20 minutes before your workout.
