We think you’re just as sweet as pie and that you deserve a smoothie just as sweet! Sweet potatoes provide a subtle sweetness and smooth texture to this smoothie. This sweet potato smoothie is great first thing in the morning, or as a decadent dessert, topped with coconut whipped cream and chopped nuts!
Ingredients
- 1 cup sweet potato (cooked, peeled and chilled)
- 1 cup cold non-dairy beverage such as almondmilk
- ¼ cup gluten-free oats
- 2 Tbsp almond butter
- 1 serving Natural Vega One® All-In-One-Shake
- ½ tsp vanilla
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- Optional Topping: Coconut Whipped Cream with Chopped Walnuts and Pecans
Preparation

Blend all ingredients (adding more liquid if desired).

Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon and nutmeg.
