There’s few things more inviting and delicious than a warm strawberry rhubarb crumble. That’s why we challenged ourselves to come up with a strawberry rhubarb crumble smoothie that combined all the sweetness of strawberries, the tart freshness of rhubarb and the heartiness of oats. Spiced with cinnamon and blended with the creaminess of coconut milk, our taste buds couldn’t be more happy we took on the challenge!
Ingredients
- ¾ cup rhubarb, fresh or frozen
- 1 cup strawberries, frozen
- 1 serving Vanilla Vega® Protein & Greens
- 1½ cups coconut milk
- 2 Tbsp oats
- Pinch of cinnamon
Preparation
