- 1 serving Vanilla Vega Sport® Performance Protein
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 lemons, zested and juiced
- Maple syrup, as desired
- ½ cup raspberries, cut in quarters
Mix together all ingredients in a bowl.
Pour into popsicle mould and freeze.
