This Pistachio Rosewater Lassi is not too sweet to avoid masking the delicate flavor of rosewater. Drink up and enjoy a healthy dose of probiotics to make your stomach happy.
Note: If you can’t find rosewater, look for Fentimens Rose Lemonade
- 1 cup non-dairy kefir (if you can't find kefir, mix 1/2 cup unsweetened non-dairy yogurt with 1/2 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk)
- 1/4 cup shelled pistachios
- 1 tsp rosewater
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup (optional)
Blend and serve over ice. Enjoy!
