Our take on a Piña Colada gets its lush hue from spinach. Don’t let the color scare you, this combination is delicious! Psst…we even added Vega® Protein & Greens for that extra plant-based boost!
- ½ cup frozen mango chunks
- Handful of fresh spinach
- ½ cup pineapple chunks
- 2 Tbsp shredded coconut
- ½ cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 serving Vanilla Vega® Protein & Greens
- 1 tsp agave (optional)
Add all ingredients to blender.
Blend until smooth.
