Persimmon Coconut Smoothie

Another delicious smoothie creation from R&D Manager Julie Daoust BSc, PhD, this Persimmon Coconut smoothie is a great way to start your day. Make sure to use a very ripe persimmon or to peel the persimmon to avoid the astringent taste of the skin.
Ingredients
- 1 serving Natural Vega One™ Nutritional Shake
- ½ cup frozen mango
- 1 ripe Hachiya persimmon
- ½ ripe banana
- ¾ cup coconut water
- 2 Tbsp shredded coconut
Preparation

Blend all the ingredients and top with shredded coconut.
