Peanut Butter and Jelly Smoothie

The funky monkey is our version of a Peanut Butter Jelly Smoothie! A fun new way to share the deliciousness of a PB & J sandwich with your kids, this peanut butter and jelly smoothie has all the flavor, but none of the wheat and gluten that a regular sandwich has. With the added frozen berries and almond milk, your kids will be getting a ton of extra plant-based nutrients.  The best part is, they’ll love it! We even added Vega® Protein & Greens to sneak extra veggies into their snack.  Perfect for families on a fully plant-based diet, or those looking to add more plant-based ingredients to their life!

Ingredients

  • 1 serving Vanilla Vega® Protein & Greens
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free oats
  • 1-2 tsp all natural raspberry jam
  • 3 cubes ice

Preparation

  • Add all ingredients to blender.

  • Blend until smooth.

  • Enjoy!
