This refreshing Indian-inspired smoothie blends non-dairy yogurt with mango and cardamom. Whip this up with or without Vegaยฎ Protein Smoothie or Vegaยฎ Protein & Greens for a tasty snack or cooling accompaniment to a spicy Indian feast!
Ingredients
- 1 cup mango, frozen
- ยผ cup non-dairy yogurt
- ยฝ tsp cardamom powder
- 1 cup water
- ยฝ cup ice
- (Optional) 1 serving Vanilla Vegaยฎ Protein Smoothie
- OR (Optional) 1 serving Vanilla Vegaยฎ Protein & Greens
Preparation
