Healthy Tiramisu Smoothie

Serves 1 5 minute prep time

A crave-worthy smoothie that easily gives you the decadent taste of tiramisu, made with exclusively clean, plant-based ingredients. Try this as a post-workout smoothie, or swap the coffee for decaf if you’d like to drink it at night as a dessert!

 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chilled coffee; or cold brew
  • ⅓ cup non-dairy yogurt
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 serving Mocha, Chocolate or Vanilla flavor Vega Sport® Performance Protein
  • 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • Coconut whipped cream (optional)

Preparation

  • Add all ingredients to the blender, liquids first

  • Blend until smooth (1 minute)

  • Optional—mix coconut whipped cream throughout smoothie

  • Top with chocolate shavings, cinnamon or cacao nibs– optional
