Dragon Fruit Smoothie Bowl

Dragon fruit (also known as pitaya) embodies beauty inside and out. This beautiful superfruit has a sweet taste and crunchy feel, similar to a pear. Smoothie bowls are just thick smoothies with toppings so if you donโt have time to sit down and enjoy this dragon fruit smoothie bowl simply add more liquid to make a dragon fruit smoothie to-go.
Ingredients
- ยฝ fresh dragon fruit (peeled)
- ยฝ frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- ยผ cup almond milk
- 1 serving Vanilla Vega Sportยฎ Premium Protein
- Topping Options:
- Gluten-free granola (the crunchier the better)
- 2 tsp goji berries
- 1-2 tsp hemp seeds
- 1 tsp shredded coconut
- Fresh strawberries and banana slices
Preparation

Blend all smoothie ingredients.

Scrape blender as required.

Add more almond milk if required. You want this smoothie to be extra thick so if you do add more milk, do it slowly and sparingly.

Add smoothie ingredients to a chilled bowl.

Top with your favorite toppings above (Iโll often use all of them).
