- 1 cup coconut milk (from the carton, not can)
- 1 banana fresh or frozen
- 1 Tbsp shredded coconut
- 1 serving Coconut Almond Vega® Protein & Greens
- or 1 serving Coconut Almond Vega One® All-in-One Shake
- 1/2 cup of ice
