Chocolate Banana Popsicles

A smooth and creamy popsicle? It’s bananas! Enjoy these ice cream truck alternatives with your little monkeys (or as a great pre-workout snack). Naturally sweet, they’re quick and simple to make. Cool down all summer with these chocolate banana popsicles and their classic flavor combination.

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1/4 cup unsalted peanut butter
  • 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 cup almond or coconut milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • Optional: Chocolate sauce and peanuts to drizzle on top.

Preparation

  • Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until very smooth.

  • Pour mixture into the ice pop molds.

  • Freeze several hours or overnight.

  • Unmold the pops, trickle on the chocolate sauce, top with peanuts, and enjoy!
