- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 5 scoops of Vega Original Protein Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Preparation
- Start by mixing together the yogurt and maple syrup, then mix in the protein powder.
- Use a cookie scoop and roll the batter into balls and place in the freezer for a few minutes while you melt the chocolate with coconut oil.
- Once melted, dip and coat each one in chocolate and freeze for 20 minutes or until chocolate has fully hardened and enjoy!
