Campfire Recipe: Peanut  Butter Banana Boat

Need a sweet alternative to s’mores on your next camping trip? Try a banana boat!

Ingredients

Preparation

  • Slit the banana peel lengthwise and remove the peel.

  • Carefully spread peanut butter in the banana and top with chocolate. Wrap in foil.

  • Cook on the BBQ, in a 400F oven or over the fire for about 5 to 10 minutes or until chocolate is melted.
