Ingredients
- ½ cup unsweetened coconut milk (beverage type, not canned)
- 2 fresh apricots, washed, pitted and quartered
- ½ cup ice
- 2 Tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 serving French Vanilla Vega One® All-in-One Shake
