Who says delicious can’t also be healthy? This balanced apple pie smoothie recipe is a great way to add sweetness to your day, while also getting a tasty protein boost. Incorporate this shake in as a mid-morning or afternoon snack.


  • 3 Tbsp Gluten-Free Oatmeal (Red Mill)
  • 1 apple chopped
  • ¼ tsp of nutmeg
  • 1½ tsp of cinnamon
  • ½ cup ice
  • 1 cup almond milk or coconut milk (beverage, not canned)
  • ½ - 1 serving Salted Caramel Vega® Protein & Greens
