Apple Oatmeal Smoothie

Everything you love about apple cinnamon oatmeal—in a smoothie! This combo delivers a delicious combination sweetness and spiciness to start your day.

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp of gluten-free oatmeal (Red Mill)
  • 2 Tbsp almond butter
  • 1 apple, chopped
  • ¼ tsp of nutmeg
  • 1½ tsp of cinnamon
  • ½ cup ice
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk alternative (we used almond)
  • 1 serving French Vanilla Vega One® All-in-One Shake

Preparation

  • Add all ingredients into a blender.

  • Blend until smooth and enjoy!
