Whether you’re in Camp Veggie Dip or Camp Salad Dressing only, ranch dressing is usually a need, not a want. Dip in crudité or dress your next lettuce salad with this easy, completely vegan ranch dip.
- 1/2 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 3/4 cup vegan sour cream (or 1/4 cup vegan may + 1/2 cup vegan sour cream)
- 2 Tbsp fresh parsley, or 2 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/8-1/4 tsp dried dill
- 1/8-1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Combine milk and lemon juice to make a non-dairy buttermillk. Set aside for 5 minutes.
Mix buttermilk with remaining ingredients.
Serve as a dip or as a salad dressing.
