Easy Vegan Ranch Dressing (and Dip)

Whether you’re in Camp Veggie Dip or Camp Salad Dressing only, ranch dressing is usually a need, not a want. Dip in crudité or dress your next lettuce salad with this easy, completely vegan ranch dressing (or dip).  This vegan ranch dressing recipe is super versatile and we love using it as our go-to recipe for ranch and dressing.

Get ready to make your next favorite kitchen staple!

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 3/4 cup vegan sour cream (or 1/4 cup vegan may + 1/2 cup vegan sour cream)
  • 2 Tbsp fresh parsley, or 2 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/8-1/4 tsp dried dill
  • 1/8-1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

  • Combine milk and lemon juice to make a non-dairy buttermillk. Set aside for 5 minutes.

  • Mix non-dairy buttermilk with remaining ingredients.

  • Serve as a dip or as a salad dressing.
