Did we mention a pear is only 100 calories? This pear hemp smoothie packs plant-based protein for a healthy kick start to your day.
Ingredients
- 1 serving Natural Vega One® Organic All-in-One Shake
- 1 Tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 Tbsp fresh ginger (chopped)
- ¾ cup almond milk (unsweetened)
- ½ a banana
- ½ a pear
- 1 handful of spinach
Preparation
