If you have yet to try dates in your smoothie, you’re in for a treat! Not only are they high in fiber, but they add a delicious caramel flavor when combined with Vega One.
- ½ ripe banana, fresh or frozen
- 3 pitted dates
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, or water
- 1 serving Natural Vega One™ Nutritional Shake
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Place all ingredients into blender.
Blend until smooth.
