Chia Hydrating Cocktails

If youโve already tried Chia Pudding or using chia seeds in baked goods or smoothies, itโs time to take your drinks to the next level with these two chia hydrating cocktails. Two variations leave you options to find your next go-to homemade happy hour favorite.
Ingredients
- Raspberry Mint Chia Cocktail:
- 1 serving Lemon Lime Vega Sportยฎ Hydrator
- ยผ cup raspberries
- 4-6 fresh mint leaves
- 1 cup water
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- Rosemary Goji Mint Chia Cocktail:
- 1 serving Berry Vega Sportยฎ Hydrator
- 1 Tbsp goji berries
- ยฝ grapefruit, juiced
- ยฝ-1 stalk rosemary leaves
- 1 cup water
- 1 Tbsp chia
Preparation

In a blender blend together all ingredients except chia.

Stir in chia after and chill.
