Turmeric Smoothie

R&D Manager Julie Daoust BSc, PhD, drinks this turmeric smoothie as a perfect post-workout treat. With over 30 grams protein it will help build your muscles after your workout.

Ingredients

  • 1 serving Vanilla Vega Sport® Premium Protein
  • ½ cup of pineapple
  • ½ cup of papaya
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 Tbsp turmeric
  • ½ tsp powdered ginger
  • 1 cup of water

Preparation

  • Blend until smooth.
