Turmeric Carrot Protein Shake

Orange you glad you took time to recover? This vibrant post-workout turmeric carrot protein shake has turmeric (fresh or dried), and a sweet taste of the tropics from mango and grated carrot.

Ingredients

  • ¼-½ tsp turmeric powder or ½ inch fresh turmeric root
  • ½ cup grated carrot
  • ½ cup mango
  • ½ cup ice
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 serving Vanilla Vega Sport® Performance Protein

Preparation

  • Blend until smooth.

  • Enjoy 45-90 minutes post-workout
