Ingredients
- 1 cup of canned coconut milk, or Silk Unsweetened Almondmilk
- Juice of 1/2 of a lime (about 1 Tbsp)
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 serving Vanilla or Natural Vega One™ Nutritional Shake
- or Vanilla or Natural Vega® Essentials
- or Vanilla or Natural Vega® Protein & Greens
Preparation

Add all of the ingredients in a blender starting with the liquids.
