Overnight Oats

If you find that there’s never enough time in the morning to get in a nutritious breakfast, give these overnight oats a try! All the prep is done the night before, so all you have to do is grab it before you head out the door. Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 serving French Vanilla or Chocolate Vega One® All-in-One Shake
  • Topping Options :
  • ½ sliced banana
  • Your favorite nuts
  • Dried fruit of your choice
  • Shredded unsweetened coconut

Preparation

  • Mix your oats and milk together in a bowl and store in an airtight container in the fridge overnight.

  • In the morning, add coconut oil and Vega One® All-in-One Shake stir vigorously (the friction with help melt the coconut oil) until combined.

  • Add your favorite toppings and enjoy.
