You’d never know there were three servings of greens in this light summery smoothie.  This Kale Kiwi Smoothie is a great way to start your day. Give you and your family the energy you need for all your summertime activities.


  • 2 peeled kiwis
  • 1 handful kale
  • ½ cup pineapple
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 serving Natural Vega One® All-in-One Shake
  • 1 cup ice


  • Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
