Cucumber, Lime, and Kale Smoothie

If you’re watching your sugar intake, or prefer your smoothies to be less sweet, give this green on green on green combination a try. Refreshing and packed with nutrients, it’s a win, win!
Ingredients
- ½ of a cucumber
- 1 cup kale, washed with stems removed
- Juice of one lime
- 1 serving Natural Vega One® All-in-One Shake
- 1 cup water
- Optional: Agave nectar to taste
Preparation

Place all ingredients including Vega One® All-in-One Shake into the blender in the order listed and secure lid.

Blend for 30-45 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.

Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately!
