Cucumber, Lime, and Kale Smoothie

If you’re watching your sugar intake, or prefer your smoothies to be less sweet, give this green on green on green combination a try.  Refreshing and packed with nutrients, it’s a win, win!

Ingredients

  • ½ of a cucumber
  • 1 cup kale, washed with stems removed
  • Juice of one lime
  • 1 serving Natural Vega One® All-in-One Shake
  • 1 cup water
  • Optional: Agave nectar to taste

Preparation

  • Place all ingredients including Vega One® All-in-One Shake into the blender in the order listed and secure lid.

  • Blend for 30-45 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.

  • Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately!
