It’s breakfast and dessert all in one and will help you get the most out of that zucchini in no time flat.
- 1 cup almond milk (increase to 1½ cup for a thinner smoothie)
- ½ a banana
- 1 cup zucchini, chopped
- ½ cup ice
- 1 serving Vanilla Vega® Essentials
- ¼ cup walnuts, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp vegan chocolate chips
- Sprinkle of cinnamon and sea salt
- Optional: top with vegan chocolate chips and/or chopped walnuts
